This book assumes that you understand the model, techniques, processes, etc. so it's a book for after you have a better understanding of the therapy. This is a much more difficult book to listen to and goes into the history and beginning of act therapy, however, it is an excellent listen if a little hard going at times but stick with it and it will make This book seem even better.
